Just like the German translation on the German Bet2be site, Bet2be’s overall presentation is totally unprofessional. Bet2be has extremely poor support. Emails go unanswered or are barely answered at all. There is no live chat support. Bets are sometimes cancelled without any real reason. Withdrawals can drag on for several months, even when the account is verified. The odds are quite good, but the hassle isn’t worth betting at Bet2be.
Bets4all
Lures customers in with good odds and bonus offers. But pays out very slowly, and often not at all, among other issues. There are reports online of Bets4all customers who have been waiting more than a year for their money. Support is often unreachable, and when it is, customers are not infrequently given ridiculous excuses.
Bybet
This Turkish betting provider lures customers with a 100% bonus up to €150. However, the bookmaker isn’t big on paying out. Payouts are only made slowly and only under pressure. Judging by the traffic rank, Bybet doesn’t really have many visitors, which is no surprise given this behavior.
Canbet
Tries to entice existing customers to deposit with exaggerated bonus offers (e.g. 100% up to €500) and then pays out extremely slowly or not at all. Over $800,000 had not been paid out to customers as of the time of writing (2014).
Globet
In April 2010, Globet simply suspended German accounts without prior notice. There were isolated reports that less money was subsequently transferred to the bank account than expected. Email contact is also currently rather difficult. Conclusion: if German customers are treated this way, why not customers from other countries eventually?! Globet also currently doesn’t even hold a valid license. So stay away.
Gobetgo
Gobetgo boasts a payout ratio of 98%. And withdrawals always used to take only a few hours. But starting in November, it began happening that sometimes large amounts belonging to high rollers were no longer paid out. Gobetgo has a winnings limit of €10,000. But via agents, it was possible to stake more and win more. It seems too much was being won. At the moment, no one is getting paid, and if they are, only tiny amounts.
Gwbet
Gwbet has a 45-day withdrawal period, which it happily makes full use of. So if you feel like waiting over a month for a Neteller/Skrill withdrawal, feel free to place your bets there.
Marsbet
This bookmaker, which runs on Betconstruct software, arbitrarily closes accounts on the grounds that the customer placed last-minute bets, played surebets, or holds multiple accounts – regardless of whether that’s actually true. To top it off, the entire balance is then withheld as well.
Noubet
No legal notice/imprint, WHOIS with WHOIS protection, delayed withdrawals and account suspensions without reason!
Otobet
Otobet is an Eastern European sports betting provider that not only has fake Novomatic and Warner Brothers slot machines in its casino, but also closes accounts without reason as soon as a customer wins a bit more on sports bets. The deposit amount is, however, refunded.
Strykke
Lures customers with good bonus offers (e.g. a 110% bonus), but arbitrarily cancels bets and doesn’t pay out!
Vierklee
Vierklee reserves the right to cancel a bet at any time. If you’ve picked odds suitable for arbing, the bet can simply be cancelled before, during or after the match. Support is also very unfriendly, and accounts get limited extremely quickly – or even closed – as soon as you turn a bit of a profit. The bonus terms are also unreasonable. Stay away!
Vulkanbet *new*
If you drive along Kaiserdamm in Berlin, you’ll see several Vulkan Stern casinos right away. In Germany alone, there are over 140 Vulkan Stern casinos – surely that means Vulkanbet must be legitimate?! Far from it – this bookmaker of Russian origin is a disaster. Almost every bet goes against the trader and almost every bet also gets rejected. On top of that, there are occasional issues, such as receiving a casino bonus even though you selected the sports betting bonus, or a deposit not being credited.
