Highroller Bookmakers – Bookmakers with High Limits

Highrollers are bettors who place high stakes. Usually the amounts these players wager are in the four-digit range. However, there are also some who bet five-digit amounts on a single bet. Unfortunately, there are only a handful of bookmakers for highrollers.

Most European bookmakers have fairly low limits. Personal limits are also frequently assigned by these providers. In most cases, a highroller then has to turn to an Asian or American bookmaker. With some, you can even bet up to €20,000. Of course, such high limits only apply to mainstream sports like football. One thing all bookmakers have in common: for niche sports like beach volleyball or water polo, you’ll never be able to bet more than €1,000.

Which bookmakers and betting exchanges are suitable for highrollers, find out here:

Betfair

Betfair is the world’s largest betting exchange. At Betfair, very high stakes (4-digit / 5-digit) can be placed, provided there is good liquidity in a market. Of course, this isn’t the case a week before a match, so you can only bet a lot later on. Betfair has a payout ratio of 98%, but unfortunately up to 6.5% commission is charged on winnings. Only bettors who wager very large amounts can achieve a better commission rate.

Intertops *new*

Intertops was founded in England in 1983 and in 1996 was the first bookmaker in the world to accept a sports bet over the internet.
Intertops accepts almost any bet on request for the common betting markets in the US major leagues as well as the college leagues; by default, however, you can expect to be able to bet in the high four-digit range. It’s worth mentioning that Intertops shines when it comes to payout ratio (96-98%!).
The stake limits in the “European sports”, especially in the major football leagues, are also high. Here, five-digit stakes on the match outcome or over/under bets are possible. The payout ratio in these leagues is 92-94%, in the European midfield.
As a general rule, limits here are also flexible upward on request and are often doubled or tripled for loyal customers.
In principle, the maximum stake/maximum win for each betting market can simply be checked on the website via the Max button.

Ladbrokes

Ladbrokes was founded in 1886 and is therefore the oldest bookmaker in the world. Naturally, this bookmaker has very high limits, but anyone playing surebets here will quickly be hit with a personal two-digit limit.
Ladbrokes accepts up to €30,000 per bet on 1X2 in the English Premier League. If a favorite’s odds in the Premier League are 1.25, then around €28,000-30,000 can be wagered. For double chance bets, you can wager exactly €114,000 at odds of 1.01. For high underdog 1X2 odds (10.0+), the betting limit is €1,014. For Under/Over 2.5 bets, stakes between €2,000 and €8,000 can be placed. For the Bundesliga, there is a limit between €2,000-9,000 for 1X2 bets depending on the odds. If you’re not satisfied with a limit at Ladbrokes, you can send an email request for a higher betting limit on a market. If approved, you can then wager up to six-figure amounts! Ladbrokes’ payout ratio is 93%. According to Ladbrokes, you’ll only be limited if you play surebets.

Pinnacle Sports

At Pinnacle Sports, for mainstream football leagues (UEFA Cup, German Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga, English Premier League), €2,000-25,000 can be wagered on various bet types. Even in exotic leagues, such as the Brazilian Série A, low four-digit amounts can usually be wagered. Should a limit not be sufficient, further stakes (string bets) can still be placed on the market. However, the odds are gradually reduced in the process. Thanks to a 95-98% payout ratio, Pinnacle Sports almost always offers the best odds.

SBOBet

SBOBet is the largest Asian bookmaker and jersey sponsor of West Ham United. SBOBet offers extremely high limits – you can easily wager €10,000 on a top-division match. For smaller leagues, the limit is usually in the high three digits. Withdrawals via e-wallet methods are processed within 2-6 hours, even if the withdrawal amount is five or six figures. SBOBet even offers live chat support and a German-language site. The betting offering is very large. There are even live bets available for the German 3rd Bundesliga in some cases. However, the range of bet types isn’t exactly impressive. The payout ratio is 94-97%. Unfortunately, there must always be at least €100 in the account, otherwise the account will be closed. Opening an account at SBOBet is now also possible without an agent.

William Hill

William Hill, with over 10 million customers worldwide, is one of the largest bookmakers in England. The British company was founded in 1936. At William Hill, around €60,000 can be wagered on major leagues at odds of 1.20. Even at underdog odds of 6.0, you can typically wager €15,000. If the odds are 1.01, bets of over €100,000 can even be placed. However, there’s a major disadvantage for customers from Germany, namely the 5% betting tax. For example, if you were to wager €100,100 at odds of 1.01, you would have made a loss of €5,050 instead of a €1,000 profit. Customers from Austria and Switzerland can therefore benefit fully from the high limits. Bettors from Germany should go for higher odds to offset the betting tax.
