2. Definition and Use of Bonus Funds

• A withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings generated from them is only possible once the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• During play, real money is always wagered first:
  • Bets with real money lead to real money winnings.
  • Bets with bonus funds lead to bonus fund winnings.
• Bets with bonus funds are only possible once no real money balance is left available in the account.
• Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Real money can be withdrawn at any time. However, if a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the entire bonus balance as well as any remaining inventory items (e.g. free spins) will be forfeited.

Bonus funds are valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus balance will expire.

3. Wagering Requirements for Sports Betting

3.1 Basic Rule of the Wagering Requirements

Formally, the following applies to sports betting bonuses:

For sports betting, however, a valuation factor of 250% (2.5x) is applied to eligible bonus bets. This results in an effectively reduced wagering requirement:

• Effective wagering requirement: 16x the bonus amount in the sports betting area.

Example:

• Total required wagering in sports betting:

Only valid sports bets placed with bonus funds are counted toward this wagering calculation.

4. Specific Sports Betting Terms for Bonus Funds

4.1 Maximum Stake per Bet

• The maximum permitted stake with bonus funds is €50 per bet.
• Winnings from bets that exceed this amount may be removed.

4.2 Minimum Odds

• Every bet placed with bonus funds must have odds of at least 1.8.
• Bets with odds of less than 1.8 are not counted toward the wagering requirements.

4.3 Limitation to One Selection per Market

• For bonus fund bets, the number of selections per market is limited.
• Only one selection per market is permitted.

Example: In the 1X2 market (home win/draw/away win), only one option (1, X, or 2) may be played with bonus funds.

If multiple selections are placed in the same market with bonus funds, the bonus, including all resulting winnings, may be declared void at the discretion of management.

4.4 Cash-Out Function

• Bets placed with bonus funds where the cash-out function is used do not count toward the wagering requirements.
• If the cash-out function is systematically used to circumvent the bonus terms, the bonus and/or any associated winnings may be annulled at the discretion of management.

5. Bonus Abuse and Account Closure

StarsPlay reserves the right to take consistent action in case of suspected bonus abuse. The following, among others, are considered bonus abuse:

• Concealment of cash or bonus balances.
• Deposits made solely to obtain free spins or bonuses.
• Withdrawals of real money before the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.
• Strategies deliberately aimed at circumventing or exploiting the bonus terms.

In the event of confirmed or well-founded suspicion of bonus abuse, StarsPlay may:

• close the player account,
• confiscate all existing funds, bonus balances, and winnings,
• make no refund of deposits, balance transfers, or winnings.
